Participants will learn how to use movements that inspire both children and adults with diverse abilities, demonstrating how this research-based fitness, wellness, brain, and body program can foster individual creativity in a fun environment that turns the impossible to I’M POSSIBLE. We will coordinate kinesthetic awareness, neuro-muscular skills, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, strength, health, and wellness activities into an inspiring experience that accommodates physiological, emotional and cognitive needs, and taps individual ABILITIES leading to endless possibilities.
