Sneak preview list of ALL items up for bid

Thanks to Mother Nature, we have a rescheduled date for our annual fundraiser and auction dinner - April 3, 2010, beginning at 5:30pm with cocktails and the silent auction (location remains the same - Hawaii Convention Center). We are asking all guests to reconfirm their ability to attend on April 3 by emailing Pat Ho or Marni Ellgren of the Development office no later than Friday, March 12, 2010.

Parents: Get your Child's Rock Now! Planned for sale on the night of Malama, we can't wait for the 3rd for you to add this to your family's home - so please visit the Campbell Gallery and gather your child(ren)’s rocks. One rock is $25; each additional sibling’s rock is $10 each.  What better paperweight than your child’s face smiling up at you?  What more could you ask for your own backyard `aina than this rock adorning your garden?

Payment can be made using the envelopes provided in the gallery; please fill out your name, date, child’s name and amount and leave in the box or bring up to Marni in the office – be sure to pick up rocks up before spring break starts!

Malama, co-sponsored each year by our parent association, Hui Hanahau`oli, and our Board of Trustees, is the school's major fundraiser. Proceeds benefit our financial aid program and special school improvement projects.

Mahalo to all who support this event with your attendance, your silent auction donations and especially to our parents for your innumerable volunteer hours in the many months leading up to this very special evening. Thank you for all the fantastic donations!

Buy It Now will be back this year at Malama - put your name and bid number at the top of the Bid Sheet and the item is yours! Also, don't forget to Express Pay that night at registration, or during the Silent Auction. You'll go straight to pick up your items at the end of the night - avoid those long lines!
