As I look back on these eight or so years that I’ve spent here at Hanahau`oli, I realize that elementary school is your foundation for life. And with all of the life lessons that I’ve learned, I really feel privileged and honored to have been able to attend this school and be part of the `ohana.
Endowment
The Gift that Continues to Give...
Endowment funds are of special importance for sustaining Hanahau`oli and its mission and ensuring this unique educational experience for future generations. Interest income from gifts to general endowment contribute to the school's long-term ability to keep tuition affordable, maintain our excellent faculty, and provide the programs that enrich each child's learning experience.
Income from permanently restricted named funds goes to support particular areas of interest designated by the donor. Generous donors have established endowed funds to support the arts, faculty, professional development, children with learning differences and financial aid among others. Often these endowed funds are in memory or in honor of a family member. Special Endowed Funds may be established and named with an initial gift of $10,000 or more.
